Blue Package  
Colour/Concept Design

Initial meeting to talk about your design. This can be via video call or face to face meeting. Please note there will be an additional fuel charge if you live outside the East ridings of Yorkshire area.

• With the information obtained from this meeting I will produce 2 different concepts on mood/visual boards. 

• Presentation meeting to talk about the 2 concepts.

Green Package
Mini Design
£880

Initial meeting to talk about your design. This can be via video call or face to face meeting. Please note there will be an additional fuel charge if you live outside the East ridings of Yorkshire area 

• With the information obtained from this meeting I will produce 2 different concepts on mood/visual boards. 

• Presentation meeting to talk about the 2 concepts.

• I will advance your chosen concept into a design.

• Progress meeting to ensure you are happy with the design. Any changes you wish to make will need to be made in this meeting before the final drawings are done. 

• Delivery of the final drawings. This will include 2D plan, elevations, Final Visual board as well as a full detailed shopping list for you to implement your design. 

• Final presentation.

Pink Package
Full design
£2200

Design Charges only this does not include cost of FF&E

Initial meeting to talk about your design. This can be via video call or face to face meeting. Please note there will be an additional fuel charge if you live outside the East ridings of Yorkshire area

• With the information obtained from this meeting I will produce 2 different concepts on mood/visual boards. 

• Presentation meeting to talk about the 2 concepts.

• I will advance your chosen concept into a design.

• Progress meeting to ensure you are happy with the design. Any changes you wish to make will need to be made in this meeting before the final drawings are done. 

• Delivery of the final drawings. This will include 2D plan, elevations, Final Visual board as well as a full detailed shopping list for you to implement your design. 

• Final presentation. If there is any final changes you wish to make to the design, this should be made at this point. There will be a design freeze agreed in the meeting. 

• I will source subcontractors Quotes and assess the best one for the jobs. 

• Prestart meeting to ensure all parties involved are happy and aware of their job roles

• I will take care of any ordering, Deliveries and returns when needed. 

• I will leave you with a schedule of works and contact information for every subcontractor.

• Final room set out. 

• This package does not include project management. 

Project management 
This can either be charged as an hourly rate, Daily rate or Weekly rate depending on your requirements.
